Gravity Omutujju made it clear that he does not need Bobi Wine's endorsement to shine in the music industry.

"I've heard [people] saying that associating with Bobi Wine gives you a major boost and that he is the reason I'm doing well, let him first do that for his brothers who are in the music industry," said Omutujju who was appearing on a TikTok live session hosted by comedian Kabata.

In a recent TikTok live session hosted by comedian Kabata, Gravity Omutujju made it clear that he does not need Bobi Wine's endorsement to shine in the music industry. The Ugandan artist addressed the common belief that associating with Bobi Wine could give a big boost to one's career, stating that he has been successful on his own merit.
Omutujju pointed out that Bobi Wine has brothers in the music industry, such as Banjo Man, Eddie Yawe, Mikie Wine, and Dax Vibes, who have not achieved the same level of success as him. He emphasized the importance of supporting those in need of assistance before looking to support him, as he is already established and doing well.

While he clarified that he has no problem with Bobi Wine personally, Gravity Omutujju highlighted that he and other artists were successful before Bobi Wine entered politics. The artist has been in the industry for 13 years, surviving and thriving without the need for external endorsement.
The relationship between Gravity Omutujju and Bobi Wine has been strained for some time. Although they collaborated on a song titled Batujoozenyo in 2020, Bobi Wine did not promote the track upon its release, leading to tension between the two artists. Gravity has not hesitated to voice his frustrations with Bobi Wine in the media, but has also acknowledged the potential impact on his fanbase.

Despite past disagreements, Gravity Omutujju remains open to reconciliation with Bobi Wine, though he has expressed disappointment in the politician's reluctance to communicate with him. The artist's determination to succeed on his own terms and his willingness to speak out against perceived injustices in the industry reflect his independent spirit and dedication to his craft.
